Cancellation by the Traveler

The Traveller may cancel the Travel Agreement at any time before departure. Cancellation must be reported in writing (preferably by e-mail). The cancellation will only take effect once the Organizer has received the notification. Cancellations received after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be considered received on the next Working Day.

In the event of cancellation, the Traveler owes the following amounts:

• a) up to and including the 91st day before departure: only the deposit

• b) from the 90th to the 61st day before departure: 50% of the remaining travel sum

• c) from the 60th to the 31st day before departure: 75% of the remaining travel sum

• d) from the 30th day before departure: 100% of the remaining travel sum

If the Traveler has valid cancellation insurance and the reason for cancellation falls under the policy conditions (such as illness or death of a family member), he/she may be able to obtain a refund from the insurer. To do so, the Traveler must submit a claim to his/her insurer personally.
