Cancellation by the Traveler
The Traveler may cancel the Travel Agreement at any time before departure. Cancellation must be notified in writing (preferably by email). The cancellation is only effective once the Organizer receives the notification. Cancellations received after 5 p.m. or during the weekend will be considered received on the next business day.
In case of cancellation, the Traveler owes the following amounts:
• a) up to and including the 91st day before departure: only the deposit
• b) from the 90th to the 61st day before departure: 50% of the remaining travel price
• c) from the 60th to the 31st day before departure: 75% of the remaining travel price
• d) from the 30th day before departure: 100% of the remaining travel price
If the Traveler has valid cancellation insurance and the reason for cancellation falls under the policy terms (such as illness or death of a family member), they may be able to obtain a refund from their insurer. The Traveler must submit a claim to their insurer themselves.
